Effective October 1, 2024, the Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Stamp will no longer be included in your vessel registration, per Public Act No. 23-154. Starting October 1, 2024, Connecticut residents or out-of-state residents operating on Connecticut's inland waters must purchase either a $7 individual AIS Stamp or a $20 vessel AIS decal which is good for the calendar year in which it is purchased. The AIS decal must be affixed to the vessel and may be subject to a processing fee. Visit AIS Stamp details for more information.
